Evyen J. Klean is an American motion picture Music Supervisor. He is the Music Supervisor for the first season of The Newsroom.

He has worked extensively with HBO prior to joining the crew of The Newsroom. He was the Music Consultant for the HBO films The Laramie Project (2002) and The Gathering Storm (2002). He was the Music Supervisor for the HBO films Path to War (2002) and Live from Baghdad (2002). He was the music score producer for And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself (2003). He was the Music Supervisor for the HBO miniseries Angels in America in 2003. In 2004 he was a Music Consultant for HBO films Everyday People, The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, and Something the Lord Made. In 2005 he was a Music Supervisor for HBO films Lackawanna Blues, Warm Springs, and Empire Falls and was a Music Consultant for Mrs. Harris. In 2006 he was the Music Supervisor for HBO films Walkout and Bernard and Doris. In 2007 he was the Music Supervisor for HBO films Life Support and Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee. In 2008 he was the Music Supervisor for the HBO miniseries John Adams and the films Kit Kittredge: An American Girl and Recount. In 2009 he was the Music Supervisor for Taking Chance, Into the Storm, and A Dog Year and the Music Consultant for Grey Gardens. In 2010 he was the Music Supervisor for the HBO miniseries The Pacific and the films The Special Relationship, You Don't Know Jack, and Temple Grandin. In 2011 he joined the crew of Game of Thrones as the Music Supervisor for the first season. He was also the Music Supervisor for the series Enlightened and HBO Films Too Big to Fail and Cinema Verite. In 2012 he returned as the Music Supervisor for the second season of Game of Thrones and worked on the first season of Veep and the film Hemingway and Gelhorn.

From 2002 to 2008 he was the Music Supervisor for the FX series The Shield. He has worked frequently with The Shield creator and show runner on other projects. He was the Music Supervisor for Ryan's series The Unit, Lie To Me, Terriers, and The Chicago Code.
