Ned Vaughn, born November 20, 1964 in Huntsville, Alabama, USA, is an actor. He plays Dick Warren in the HBO series The Newsroom. He guest stars in the first season episode "We Just Decided To". He is known for his roles in the films Apollo 13, The Hunt For Red October, Courage Under Fire and Frost/Nixon. He had a prominent role in the game L.A. Noire as Captain Gordon Leary.
