Solomon Hancock is a National Security Agency analyst and a source of Atlantic Cable News Divisional Director Charlie Skinner. ("Bullies") Hancock's title is Assistant Deputy Director of Technology and Systems, Cryptology, and Mathematics.

Hancock informs Charlie Skinner that Reese Lansing has been ordering mobile espionage just like News of the World. Solomon Hancock tells Charlie Skinner that if ACN reports on GLOBALCLARITY then he will give him information to protect he and his team from Leona Lansing.

Hancock allegedly commits suicide by jumping off the Queensborough Bridge.

Jim Harper: "I've got some very bad news."

Charlie Skinner: "I'm maxed out on bad news, can it wait?"

Harper: "Last night, a man rode his bicycle to the middle of Queensborough Bridge and jumped off. They've just identified the body and it--"

Skinner: "No..."

Harper: "Solomon Hancock. Killed himself last night."

Skinner: "......Alright."
